DESCRIPTION: \n  \n 	 \n 		 \n 			 \n 			OA Fall Fellowship \n 			 \n 			 \n 		 \n 		 \n 			 \n 			 \n 			 \n 			  \n  \n 			Join us at Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta on September 5 - 7, 2025 to help get camp ready for the winter season! \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			This event is open to ALL Arrowmen and newly-elected Ordeal candidates. \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			If you or your Scout have just been elected to the Order of the Arrow, please register as an "Ordeal Candidate." \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			 \n 			 \n 			Food and Gear \n 			 \n  \n 			Meals will be provided for all members and candidates. Please bring a water bottle--refill stations will be available. CANDIDATES: Please note that there will be no food served to candidates Friday night. \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			Please bring or wear your complete Scout uniform and pack clothing appropriate for the weather and work projects. Please bring your own pair of work gloves! \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			Tools will be provided for projects; however, adults with special skills may bring out their own tools for specific projects if they wish. Tools must be in good working order and have all safety accessories intact. For further information on projects, please contact the Kanwa tho Lodge service committee at service@kanwatho.org. \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			Ordeal candidates: Please use this packing list for required and prohibited items. \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			Event Details \n  \n 			Check-in will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the welcome pavilion and runs until 8:00 p.m. \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			Check-out will be around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday. \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			Conclave Pricing \n  \n 			 \n 				Ordeal Candidates: $50 \n 				General Members: $30 \n 				Brotherhood Candidates: $55 \n 			 \n  \n 			A $10 late fee will kick in starting Monday September 1.  \n  \n  \n 			If you are interested in serving as an elangomat, please check with the inductions committee first to see if your assistance is needed. Only Arrowmen with approval of the inductions committee should register as an elangomat. Please contact the Ordeal committee at Ordeal@Kanwatho.org. \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			If you are an annual pass holder, you will need to register with the discount code that was emailed to you. If you register after the late fee kicks in, it will be waived for you.  \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			For planning purposes, registration is fully closed at 5:00 p.m. on September 3, 2025. \n  \n 			  \n  \n 			All participants must bring a COPY of their health form (Parts A and B) to be submitted at check-in.
