ACT Conference

• The ACT Conference will help lodges Adapt to face major challenges, Collaborate with their peers across the section, and eventually Thrive and become high performing. The leadership theory and pedagogical techniques employed in the course reflect the current best practices in teaching and learning.
• ACT Training $15.00 per attendee – This expense includes the use of the church building, meeting materials for each participant, snacks, lunch, and dinner.
• The ACT Conference starts Saturday, September 17, promptly at 10:00 a.m. (arrive between 9:30 and 9:50) and will end around 6:00 p.m., with dinner and fellowship to follow until around 7:00 p.m.

Fall Council of Chiefs

• The purpose of the Fall COC, first and foremost, to facilitate inter-lodge communication and reporting; to update lodges on new national programs; to initiate planning, organization, and the timeline for the 2023 Section G9 Conclave; and to provide exclusive training opportunities designed to foster Lodge success. This meeting is open to all Arrowmen and will be most beneficial for lodge and chapter officers.
• FCOC is $10.00 per attendee – This expense includes the use of the church building, meeting materials for each participant, snacks, and lunch.
• The ACT Conference starts Sunday, September 18 promptly at 10:00 a.m. (arrive between 9:30 and 9:50) and will end around 3:00 p.m.

Overnight Accommodations

• For Arrowmen staying overnight for both events, lodging will be in a large gymnasium (separated for Youth Protection purposes). Please bring your own cot and sleeping bag.
• Those staying overnight can attend both events for a discounted, combined rate of $20.00.
